Before that, for almost 10 years, our team was a part of the global consulting firm BPI Group active in 40 countries, with a staff of over 1800 consultants. Joanna managed Polish team as Director and Board Member of BPI Polska and worked on international projects in other European countries.

I am an accomplished business consultant with over 20 years of experience in the field of personnel and organizational development. Executive managers in multinational corporations and institutions are my core clientele. My aim is to help managers to build engaged and effective teams, to facilitate change and to design learning and development methods which bring real business results.
I provide consulting services, training and coaching programs, create and implement solutions to engage and develop people in organizations. I am the author of innovative training method aktywnyrozwoj.pl® successfully implemented among thousands of people in Poland. I have an M.A. from the Warsaw School of Economics. I am certified by the International Coach Federation. I have worked with the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw, the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, the Warsaw School of Economics and the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland Bronisław Komorowski.
My consulting practice began at the end of the nineties with the global consulting firm A.T. Kearney. In 2001 I joined BPI Group, where I worked on projects related to change management and people development. I managed Polish team as Director and Board Member at BPI Polska and worked on international projects in other European countries. In 2010 I founded the consulting firm perform.

I am an educator and author of innovative methods related to personnel development. For years I have been engaged in various initiatives connecting business, sciences, culture and art communities.
I created the concept of didactic cooperation, applied in international educational projects. I am an advocate of the project method as a practical mean to raise performance and gain experience.
I hold an M.A. from the Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology of the University of Warsaw and a post-graduate degree in Independent Education at the Institute of Applied Social Sciences, University of Warsaw. As an expert for the Ministry of Education and the Central Examination Commission, I took part in developing the new curriculum for philosophy courses in secondary schools. I am the author of numerous publications on teaching philosophy, including the textbook for high school students, Critical Thinking. 2010 – 2020 president of the board at perform.
