Management Board

Bartosz Przybył-Ołowski

Bartosz is an educator and author of innovative methods related to personnel development. For years he has been engaged in various initiatives connecting business, sciences, culture and art communities. Bartosz created the concept of didactic cooperation, applied in international educational projects. Bartosz is an advocate of the project method as a practical means to raise performance and gain experience.

Bartosz holds an M.A. from the Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology of the University of Warsaw and a post-graduate degree from the Institute of Applied Social Sciences , University of Warsaw. As an expert for the Ministry of Education and the Central Examination Commission, he took part in developing the new curriculum for philosophy courses in secondary schools. Bartosz is the author of numerous publications on teaching philosophy, including the textbook for high school students “Critical Thinking”. Since 2010 - President of PerForm.

Joanna Mikołajczak

Joanna is an accomplished business consultant with over a dozen years of experience in the field of personnel and organizational development. Executive managers in multinational corporations and institutions are her core clientele. Joanna has worked with the Faculty of Economic Sciences of  the University of Warsaw, the Warsaw School of Economics and the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland.

Joanna has an M.A. from the Warsaw School of Economics. She is certified by the International Coach Federation. Her consulting practice began at the end of the nineties with the global consulting firm A.T. Kearney. In 2001 Joanna joined BPI Group, a global consulting group present in 40 countries, where she was the Director and Board Member of BPI Poland. She worked on projects related to change management and management development. In 2010 she founded PerForm.

Associates

Magdalena Szubert

Magdalena has years of experience in coordinating and implementing social, educational and organization projects. She has carried out HR projects in the domain of talent management, competency diagnosis, motivation systems, as well as development and internship programs.

Magdalena is a graduate of the University of Łódź and has a post-graduate degree in Group Training and Organization Management. President of Association “Knowledge and Development” and trainer specializing in team management and train-the-trainer programs. Magdalena has been co-operating with PerForm since 2012.

Krzysztof Kowalski

Krzysztof has had the unique experience of implementing change in organizations as well as designing processes supporting human resource management. As HR Manager and Board Member of various firms, Krzysztof acquired business and management experience that he applies today when acting as coach, consultant, trainer, mentor and interim manager.

Krzysztof started his career as an HR Manager at Eaton Truck Components, Gardner Poland and Nowakowski Bakeries. Later he acted as HR Manager and Board Member for companies owned by Smithfield Foods and General Electric. He has implemented the restructuring process and reconstruction of firms such as Lotos Fuel and Energa. While carrying out business projects, Krzysztof lectured at the University of Gdansk and acted as a coach and trainer.

Arkadiusz Dawid

Arkadiusz has years of experience as a manager. At Puls Biznesu, a business news daily and website, Arkadiusz was responsible for the restructuring success. He carried out, or participated in numerous processes of acquistions and mergers in the media sector. Board member and supervisory board member of media companies within Orkla Press Poland. Arkadiusz is highly experienced in sales of partner and sponsor packages and financial management. Moreover, his career includes work at a global level (Scandinavia, Russia, Croatia, Bulgaria , Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia).

For several years now, in addition to his career as a manager, Arkadiusz has also been working as a consultant, trainer and coach. He has completed post-graduate work in the field of Psychology of Attitudes and Behaviour at the University of Warsaw and is interested in effective performance, motivation and power in business.

Joanna Michałowska

Joanna is a trainer, therapist and supervisor working in the fields of cognitive-behavioral therapy and systemic therapy. For years she has been working with development of various professions designing and carrying out courses and training sessions in communication, interpersonal communication, team-building and motivation. She has trained a numerous group of psychologists, therapists, physicians.

Thanks to her years of practical experience and ability to skillfully combine various methods and approaches Joanna is quick to diagnose the needs and potential of employees.  Joanna works with PerForm as an expert in the areas of psychological processes, group process as well as trainer and educator. As a trainer Joanna conducts workshops in managerial programs as well as talent development.

Krzysztof Ksit

Krzysztof is an expert in strategic and operations management. Since 1996: Director of Traffic Organisation at Spedpol; Warsaw Regional Director at Schenker; Vice-President of Via Cargo Logistics Poland, Infrastructure and Security Director at LOT Polish Airlines and President at LOT AMS. During his career as a manager he was challenged many times by the task of restructuring, mergers of firms with various organizational cultures as well as breaking down companies into smaller units. Years spent in the field of logistics taught him to make quick decisions and the importance of understanding the businesses of his clients.

Krzysztof has been engaged in projects as a consultant and trainer for several years, primarily in the field of logistics, change management, creative thinking and innovation. Krzysztof is a graduate of the University of Łódź as well as of post-graduate Management Studies, Warsaw School of Economics. He is a graduate of International Leadership, Ashridge Business School, England.

Diana Jaszczołt

Diana has been involved in business for over a dozen years. She has worked in an international consulting firm for over 10 years, moving from Analyst role to Project Manager, then from Research & Development Manager to Regional Sales Director. She managed projects, trained teams, implemented products, developed sales strategies, negotiated, acquired and  developed business relationships with clients. As Sales Director, she consistently exceeded her targets achieving sales of over 120% per annum. As a saleswoman, she always strives to be the business partner of the client and his advisor to build a long-term fruitful relationship based on trust.

Diana is a graduate of the Faculty of Historical and Social Sciences and the Faculty of Law at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. She also completed an ICF accredited coaching course and number of courses for business trainers. Since 2010, Diana has worked with PerForm as a consultant and trainer. She also runs her own consulting practice.
